The gold portion of the ring is stamped "18K". The jade carving is a classic Mixtec penate. The penates were household gods and/or ancestor representations. PRE-COLUMBIAN OLMEC GREEN JADE OR JADEITE PENDANT: PRE-COLUMBIAN OLMEC GREEN JADE OR JADITE PENDANT This is what looks to be a Green Jade or Jadite carved pendant of a smiling figure figure with his arms folded and sitting atop another head. There is a hole drilled in the side of the top head for wearing. The pendant is in very nice condition and is approximately 2" tall and 1" wide. Circa probably 900 - 400BC I guarantee this item to be 100% original. The photos describe the item better than I so please look closely.
